We sell fresh seafood products. All product descriptions, images and prices are for reference only. Prices are displayed in NZD unless stated otherwise and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

3. Orders & Payment

When you submit an order, you make an offer to purchase. We confirm your order once payment is successfully received. We accept payment methods available on our checkout page. Ownership of goods passes to you once full payment is received.

4. Delivery & Shipping

We deliver fresh seafood within New Zealand. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, especially for perishable goods. We take proper cold-chain measures to keep products fresh. Risk of loss or damage transfers to you once the parcel is delivered to your nominated address.

5. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

Seafood is perishable. Cancellations must be made before dispatch. Once shipped, we generally do not accept returns unless the product arrives spoiled, damaged or incorrect. Claims must be submitted promptly with photos of packaging and goods. We will assess each claim and issue a refund or replacement where applicable.

6. Liability Limitation

We will not be liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental loss arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability is limited to the value of your order.
